Age Connections specializes in providing private geriatric care management, consultation and non-medical in-residence private attendant services. All attendants are screened, trained and supervised to provide companionship and assistance with activities of daily living to clients who need care or assistance from 1 hour per day to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The Utah SNAP Fund manages financial assets held in trust for individuals without compromising governmental or other private benefits. The Utah SNAP Fund sees to it that Beneficiary’s assets are appropriately invested while the Program Manager handles fund distribution within state and federal guidelines to prevent disqualification from any state or federal programs.
